The job is located in South Korea for the Star Cooperation GmbH. The job can be done as a Freelancer as well.

Your tasks

  • Your goal is to improve dealer performance using a standardized coaching approach in order to support the dealer sustainably
  • The approach is based on the specified analysis of the dealers individual key performance indicators (KPI)
  • The different KPI’s determine the contents and scope of the different individual consulting projects and define the consultants stay in the respective dealerships
  • Defined coaching contents, topic-specific tools and checklists can assist throughout each coaching project and ensure consistent high quality in the consulting process
  • The coaching content can be divided into these main topics:
                - implementing sales processes
                - Leadgeneration- / management
                - Analysis of sales potential
                - Customer Care
                - Management / Organization
                - qualification of sales potential

Your profile

  • Successful completion of a university degree in the field of economics, industrial engineering or a comparable education
  • At least 3-5 years experience in automotive sales, ideally in consulting / coaching of automotive dealerships
  • Solid knowledge of sales and marketing activities on a dealership level
  • Good knowledge of customer satisfaction management and its determining factors as well as in change management
  • Very good analytical skills, indicators oriented thinking and excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Structured approach, customer focus and the ability to interpret the KPI’s to derive measures
  • Fluency in English and the language where the consultancy is taking place
